Reality 1, Al Gore, Zip

As his minions frozen in Antarctic ice gave up their feverish attempts to free their research vessel and went home, the reality of Al Gore's "global warming" scam was finally laid bare for all to see. (Here, and here).  His planet-wide hoax netted him and his "green revolution" pals billions, and if their movement isn't yet completely destroyed, at least their self appointed guru has lost all traces of credibility.

At least they can all console themselves by holing up in one of Al's 10,000 sq. ft. mansions, planning their next move,  and counting their money.

But all is not lost.  P. T. Barnum and W. C. Fields, two of Al's role models, are credited with saying:  "There's a sucker born every minute", and "Never give a sucker an even break".

As long as there are people who are gullible enough to buy into swindles like this, there will always be an Al Gore to take them up on it.

Here's my best effort at some poetry to commemorate the passing of Mr. Gore's fantasies:

  1. Barnum and Fields. you forgot Canada Bill Jones.
"it is morally wrong to allow a sucker to keep his money"
"a Smith &Wesson beats four aces."
