BREAKING: It's Not Happening. And When it Does, You Won't Need Someone Telling You it is

I'm starting to see widespread "happening" fatigue around on MAGA-friendly corners of the Internet and social media. The constant barrage of "It's Happening!", followed by nothing really major happening as a result is taking its toll on people's psyche. They're getting frustrated and angry, and that can lead to bitterness and even waning support for the man we memed into office.

It's all by design of course. No, not all "it's happening!" announcements are planted by some nefarious entity bent on destroying our unwavering support of MAGA. In fact most are by good people who want what we all want: a better, stronger, greater America and justice for all of the crimes committed against the People for decades.

What the "nefarious entities" out there are actually doing is stirring the pot. They use sensationalist headlines and make grandiose pronouncements and predictions that get people excited that finally, finally we will see justice. And then nothing happens and folks feel let down. The problem there is that nobody actually let you down in the first place. At least not anyone who had the power to do something.

Bills

So it's that time of year again, where it is time to pay the bills to keep this site up.

Problem is, it doesn't really make any money since people aren't writing much any more.

I could take this time to apologize for my own lack of writing lately, but why would I do that? I am the boss. I hired all of these people to do it for me.

Anyways, since we need to pull in some dough around here, I am going to have to write some things myself, apparently. Since these unpaid slaves workers are slacking off so badly.

I'm Still Dreaming

There was an American who once gave a speech. It was a speech that shook the nation and the world. It was a speech about a Dream he had. A Dream that has still been unrealized because certain people don't want it to be. People who claim to be the friends of Americans like the one who made that speech.

The speech went this way:

Immigration is a Privilege

I've seen a lot of social media angst over 84 Lumber's ridiculous Super Bowl commercial (above), oh-so-obviously promoting illegal immigration. Granted, it's a superficially beautiful story about perseverance and the will to become an American. Something that tugs at the heartstrings of any true patriot.

But the specific scenario played out on screen simply isn't real. It's fiction. Few illegal immigrants make that trek to come be an American. They make it because they can make some serious money, most of which they send back home where it has far more purchasing power than here. It's basically a scam.

You Heard It Here First Folks: Supreme Court Nominee Judge Gorsuch is Literally Hitler

Judge Gorsuch. Rapist, Nazi, Womanizer, Baby eater, Satin's golf buddy, Racist, Homophobe...according to unnamed sources...probably. - CNN

Just to get ahead of the leftist curve ball, I'll go ahead and proclaim Judge Gorsuch, President Trump's nominee for the Supreme Court, as "literally Hitler". Since that is what you will hear for the next several weeks from the left and the media (but I repeat myself).

He no doubt eats babies and puppies, has had 100 mistresses, believes all gays should be put in concentration camps, and is a 400lb Russian hacker on the side.

The Debt Will Rise

On Hannity last night, at the end of a segment interviewing Trump strategist Kellyanne Conway, Sean said something to the effect of "and they can keep their raising the debt ceiling. We won't need it" when referring to the Republican controlled Congress.

Unfortunately we will. The government’s finances have been so badly mishandled, we will need to go deeper into debt before we can turn things around. That is just the reality of it. Don’t expect Trump to go into office and start the ball rolling on all of these things and not be borrowing money. We have to. We have no choice. It is going to take a couple of years to get to a point where the debt is no longer growing, and several years yet before it might start shrinking. Might.

I Just Want to Point Out That Les is Carrying This Blog

Yeah, Les. That guy who rarely has much to say, just makes pictures and stuff. He's carrying this blog lately.

I feel ashamed.

Although, he's been doing an incredible job. Who knew he had a voice? (he does voice work, so that is funny. Please laugh (Jeb! reference))

I've not been writing because I have been busy winning. Seriously, it's hard to write much when every other news article out right now is "winner winner, chicken dinner".

OMG, so much winning.

A Republic...If You Can Keep It

There is a stirring in the air. The stirrings of Revolution. Of the People, an entity called out in our most venerated Constitution, seeking to retake what is rightfully theirs: the Republic.

You've probably seen several sides to this equation. On the one hand, there are the diehard Clinton supporters. Democrat until their last breath. Incapable of forming a cogent thought on their own or questioning anything that has been presented to them their entire lives.

On the other hand is the mix of Never Trump and reluctant Trump voters. A strange dichotomy of people who at once consider the media to be biased and untrustworthy, yet base their entire opinions of Trump on what the media has told them for months.

And the remaining? The majority? The People.

They stand in the middle, within the breach. Willing to stay the forward movement of both the left and the establishment class. They desire a Republic. They want that power to be their own, as it was intended to be. They no longer trust anyone of the political bent nor the media which has served as their propaganda arm for decades.

We stand at a crossroads right now; one which I am no longer sure a wrong choice could be recovered from.

And yet we still have those on "our side" who just cannot see it. Still cannot get over their conflicted perceptions based on media lies while at the same saying they don't trust the media.

It is one or the other. It cannot be both. Either you believe the media lies, or you believe the candidate, his record, and the many anecdotal reports about him by people who have worked for and with him.

It is one or the other.

Either way, there is a Movement afoot. A Revolution of sorts. Millions of Americans from varying backgrounds who are sick and tired of corruption. They are to whom the future belongs. Not those who waffle on the sidelines. Not those who outright support the evil corruption that grips this nation as it has done for decades.

It is us; we Deplorables, who own the future.

Let us Make America Great Again with Donald John Trump as our standard-bearer.

Lactose the Intolerant

So, I've put writing this post off for days with the excuse that I "just can't find the right words".

I've come to the realization that there aren't any and the best thing I can do is just "go fer it" and ramble on. So I am going to ramble.

I found out a couple days ago that our dear friend here at Nuking Politics, Lactose the Intolerant, has passed away. It was very much unexpected and sudden. It happened in late September, and as is common with grieving families, it takes a bit for them to get the word out to friends online. Entirely understandable. I can't honestly think the first thought in my wife's head if I bought it would be to contact my computer friends.

She doesn't think they are real people anyway, so fat chance she would even do it. C'est la vie.

This is the part where I am supposed to say "what Lactose meant to me". Or some such thing. Personally, I think he would laugh at such a posting. It's not his style, nor is it mine really, and if I am going to be true to the guy, I'm going to do it the way he would do it. Probably.

His real name was Jonathan Siddoway. If he ever told me that, I don't remember. It's entirely possible, as I had a LOT of email talks with him over the years. I just knew him as "Lactose". Odd thing to call a friend, but that's what he went by.

And frankly, "Lactose the Intolerant", to me, is one of the wittiest and funniest names on the internet, even if it seems like "duh so obvious". I still never saw anyone else think of it in my 20+ years of internetting. So if you think it's so obvious, why didn't YOU think of it genius?

I can't imagine what he was like in person, because he lived in Utah, and I'm not even sure that is an actual state. It's nowhere near civilization, I know that much. So it would have been a horribly long drive. Or flight (do they have airports yet?).

But I'd say I know him. The he that is the him that is him. As confusing as that sounds, it means what I meant it to mean.

I'll put it this way. When it comes to political blogging, he had the funniness of any top 10 comedian you can think of, except he was also wicked smart. He would crack me up so much. Sometimes I would read something he wrote, and as I'm going along, I am like..."no, no, man, where are you going with this, wait don't, ahh...oh..LOL!"

That was his gift to this ragtag blog here. The man could turn a phrase like an artist paints a Picasso if he is actually Picasso. Which he would have to be, because otherwise that comparison makes no sense. I mean, your average artist out of art school isn't painting Picassos, and if they were, they would be called "Bobs" or whatever the artist's name is.

Anyway, Lactose can never grace us with any new stuff because he has a new gig now up in heaven. And I guarantee it pays better than his old gig, since I never paid him anything. Also, it's Heaven, so that's got to be better.

Dang, man, I am really going to miss you. We are all going to miss you.

I am also going to shove all of your old posts down people's throats for a while because, somehow, I think you would have found that hilarious.

Love you man. I'll see you again some day, and you can riff on how lousy this post was.

Your friend always,

Keln

Make the World Great Again

Some are for Hillary, some are for Trump. Some are hardcore Leftist, some are hardcore Conservative. People everywhere are continuing to make this election about "left vs right" or "Democrat vs Republican". But that is not what this election is about.

The following video might give you a clue about what this election means. What the forces involved are, and why it is important. There is a global movement going on. This is not a normal election. This is a peaceful revolution, to avoid a real revolution. Watch:
