Prime Suspect

The University of Missouri Police Department is asking students to report “incidents of hateful and/or hurtful speech or actions.” Offended parties are asked to provide a summary of the incident, a description of the those involved, vehicle descriptions, and if possible, a photo of the alleged culprits.
