• Just reading the early reports it sounds like, for the most part, things went relatively well last night for the East coast. Imagine such a storm having hit there a hundred years ago. Or maybe just fifty years ago.
Still, there's a lot of bad weather to contend with over the next several days.
• Obama wants to make a new department of business.
You've got to be kidding me...
• We all know the problem with business not growing is because it isn't being regulated and taxed hard enough. Because that's what makes business grow: government getting in their way.
That's why Obama grows his plants in the White House basement. To keep them away from that pesky sunlight and rain, and in the warm glow of government. And heat lamps.
