Train Wrecks and Other Bad Things

Mr Mackey:  Train wrecks are bad, m'kay?  

Butters:  Mr Mackey?  Uh, what's a train wreck?

Mr Mackey:  One kind of  train wreck is like what happens when a train crashes into another train, m'kay?  Another kind is like when Obamacare crashes into reality, (see here and here m'kay)?  So, whenever you vote or pick somebody to be in charge of your train or your government, pay attention, so you don't have a train wreck, cuz... train wrecks are bad, m'kay?
