With the new Senate firmly ensconced in the Capitol yesterday, we were able to witness a true marvel in our time:
Harry Reid voluntarily left the Senate, which means that, in an exceedingly rare occurrence, a cancerous tumor excised itself.
Granted his long-winded, self-serving bucket of lies he called a "Farewell Speech" was almost a month ago, but in today's politics. I'm wary of anyone saying they're leaving before the door has actually shut behind him.
Let's hope it hit him in the other eye on the way out.
