• So it is a Monday after a four day holiday weekend. These are the worst kind of Mondays.
• I was sort of too preoccupied with eating turkey and watching football and sleeping to remember to pick the Punchline Nuker of the week...so I'll do that later today.
• Headlines today are all about how Republicans are "caving in" on raising taxes.
The bottom line here is, these guys are politicians, so you don't really have to twist their arms to get them to raise taxes.
• The sad thing is, these guys are trying to say it's to avert the "fiscal cliff". My question is, how does raising taxes fix anything?
Instead of being 17.5 Trillion in debt with a bad economy a year from now, we'll be 17.1 Trillion in debt with an even worse economy?
