Stalin the Family

The parent of an Illinois fourth grader recently found this worksheet in the child's homework and decided to bring some attention to it.

Unfortunately, upon exposure to light, the paper dessicated and crumbled, turning into something resembling a document spawned from the regime of the mid-20th century Soviet Union. Archivists have successfully restored the paper to a readable state, allowing for analysis of the curious postulates it advances.

Titled, "What is Government?" the worksheet proceeds to answer that question — prompting the comparison of the relationship of government to its people, with that of one's own family to the student.

I've managed to procure a copy of the paper, filled out by a plucky young student whose identity has not been disclosed.
